John Morgan

John Morgan is among the most recognized and accomplished plaintiff lawyers in the United States. In 1988, John founded his current firm, Morgan & Morgan, with its original office in Orlando, Florida, with a commitment to representing the people, not the powerful. Morgan & Morgan currently employs 350 attorneys, 305 paralegals and a support staff of nearly 2,000 people, with multiple office locations throughout the country. “For the people” continues to be a way of life for John and the firm.

John lectures across the country on the practice of law. He is the author of two books, titled “You Can’t Teach Hungry…Creating the Multimillion Dollar Law Firm,” and “You Can’t Teach Vision…The Twenty-First Century Law Firm.”

In addition to his successful law practice, John has been an active member of the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is frequently engaged in efforts to promote state and national legislation that would protect families from corporations and insurance companies.

Michael Leizerman

Michael Leizerman is the managing partner at Leizerman & Associates, a law firm that handles truck accident litigation across the United States. Michael works with clients and other attorneys across the country to help them make sure that every driver log is reviewed, all blackbox data is downloaded, and that he has performed a thorough review of all safety aspects of a truck company in his client's truck accident case. Michael speaks regularly to other attorneys to educate them about trucking laws and regulations.

He is also the author of the treatise Litigating Truck Accident Cases published by West Publishing, the world's largest legal publisher. In this multi-volume work, Michael shares his wealth of experience and knowledge gained in years of trying truck accident cases, and lecturing and teaching other attorneys across the country to do the same.
