I am also admitted in the District of Columbia.* My practice concentrates primarily on the field of legal ethics and consists of representing lawyers on ethics and disciplinary matters, bar applicants in admissions matters, non-lawyers in unauthorized practice of law (“UPL”) matters, and providing representation and expert witness services in legal malpractice actions. I also provide personal injury representation which you can read more about clicking here.
I have written hundreds of private advisory opinions for clients from solo practitioners to international law firms, I have defended hundreds of attorney grievances, and I have appeared as counsel on numerous occasions before Panels of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline and the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness, as well as before the Supreme Court of Ohio.
I've been published by Columbus Bar Briefs, which is published by The Daily Reporter, I was a contributing author to Reflections on Life and the Law, published by the Columbus Bar Association, and I frequently teach CLE courses on legal ethics, professionalism, and substance abuse to various bar organizations and government agencies, including: The Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA); The Supreme Court of Ohio Judicial College; The Ohio Attorney General’s Office; Ohio Lawyer’s Assistance Program (OLAP); The Supreme Court Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law; The Ohio Prosecuting Attorneys Association; The Stark County Academy of Trial Lawyers; Central Ohio Association for Justice; The Ohio Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys; Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers(APRL); and, continuing education sponsors such as Lorman, PESI, and NBI. I have also taught over 200 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) hours to attorneys and judges and I am available to teach private CLE courses to law firms and their invited guests.
I am member of the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility, APRL, and the Ohio State and Columbus Bar Associations. I am also a member of the Ohio Association for Justice. I also currently serve as the Ethics Chair and as Vice President for the Central Ohio Association for Justice and serve on the Columbus Bar Association Professionalism Committee. Collapse

Before joining the firm, Jordan served as captain of the nationally ranked Chicago-Kent College of Law Trial Advocacy Team where he developed his talent for evidence and trying cases. Since being at Nurenberg Paris he has set himself apart and found a practice area which he has become passionate about, trucking litigation.
To better help his clients, Jordan made it his personal mission to better understand the perspective of a truck driver and what it takes to operate safely, so he obtained his commercial driver’s license (CDL).
“It’s not really fair to be judgmental and pick apart what a driver may or may not be doing if you don’t really know what you’re talking about. So, I figured the best way to know what I am talking about is to go ahead and get the license myself.“
There are different rules of the road and expectations for those who own and/or operate a commercial vehicle. By obtaining his CDL, Jordan has gained a wealth of knowledge that is crucial for your potential case. He has applied this unique perspective to hold defendants accountable for their actions and help clients get the help that they need.
Jordan was exposed at an early age to the legal field watching his father, Nurenberg Paris Partner Jamie R. Lebovitz help the victims of large scale transportation and aviation accidents. When Jordan became a lawyer, he followed in his father’s footsteps and now they often work together to help their clients receive the justice they deserve. Jordan works to get those injured or those who have lost family in an accident or disaster money to pay for the medical care they desperately need and to help them move forward with their life. But beyond the financial aspect, one of Jordan’s greatest motivations is to help prevent similar accidents from occurring again in the future. Collapse
