There is little doubt that the use of drones, or unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), will increase exponentially in the near future. The increase of drone activity in the United States will also lead to the potential for various types of civil liability for personal injuries, property damage/property rights, and invasion of privacy claims. This Webinar will cover Federal Aviation Regulation Part 107, state regulations involving drones, privacy and property rights issues, and tort law relating to drones.
