Summary

Day Two: Focus Groups – Finding the Biases at Play in Your Case

This three-day webinar will focus on the process of juror decision-making. We will explore the psychological literature on human judgment and decision-making in some depth. After exploring the foundational decision science, we will discuss how to use focus groups and other techniques to determine how to best apply these principles to individual cases. Finally, we will discuss a variety of ways in which modern decision-making science can be utilized at trial.
